Tofu prettiness!

Near the Hallowed Halls of Learning, where I work, there is a charming little shop called Tofu Sweets. Here they sell many little cakes, and I purchased this pretty lavender-tofu sponge one. The Japanese mania for pretty packaging didn`t even escape this innocent take-away purchase - it was quickly wrapped in dainty paper and plopped into a little wicker basket. How perfect for afternoon tea! They also sell a range of tofu chocolates - pure tofu and cocoa goodness - that is moist and decadent like chocolate mousse!
