Fun, fun, fun on zee Mazzatron

Miss Ember has returned to the cyberwaves after several days of frolicking about with Australien visitors Maid Maz and Sir Keith, who are currently undertaking a two-month gallavant of Asia, and are now most likely battling jungle snakes and a severe case of malarial-medication hysteria in a remote Vietnamese village with nothing but a fluroscent green battery-operated hand for company.*
Their company was much fun indeed, including:
- a visit to Rasheim`s ("discreetly open to all sexualities") - an eclectically decorated teeny-tiny bar featuring a tea-lite chandelier, a red velvet chair that matches my red beret, a low table with blankies and scatter cushions to sit on and a Korean-American barman called Rasheim, sporting an afro, a beret and a waistcoat. All very Bohemian, sweetie!
- a visit to a gay bar - PiPi`s or some such - where karaoke was sung and ume** and soda was downed, but where Maz and I nearly had to fork out extra money because we were women (!!).
- general goings-outs and not-coming home until FIVE in the morning (now that`s what I call, anarchy!)
- pole-dancing at El Barco (not me, matey!)
- curries, stir-fries and pizza made for me by my culinary-cultured friends - what a treat to get home-cooked meals!
All in all, a great time had by all (despite the theft of a dubious roving hand that now must be terrorising the Vietnamese public and several small children).
* Said hand was snitched by a highly squiffed Maid Maz from El Barco nightclub, tucked away in the night district of Hiroshima and frequented by over-painted Russian dolls, exuberant Norwegian blondes, buff Brazilians and the occasional singing Japanese businessman doing the Macarena.** plum wine
