Miss Ember's First Ponder

I realise that I might not enjoy living in the Roaring Naughties when I'm:

  1. given a mobile phone (against my will)
  2. unconcerned when my discman carks it
  3. baffled by the word "I.Pod" (I think, therefore I pod?)

But finally, after several years of lurking on LJs and peeping through the keyhole of Other People's Blogs, I have bowed down to peer pressure and have decided to misadventure waywardly into the world of the virtual moleskin by penning my own Blog (aka Miss Ember's Kaleidoscopic Travelogue of Curiosities. Or some such).

The main purpose of this Kaleidoscopic Travelogue is that, later this year, it will become a repository for my travel memoirs *in the event* that I peregrinate to Japan.

During my inbetween days dwelling here in bustling Sydney, I'll write down my thoughts, doings, recipes for trouble, and various misdeeds.

Adieu,
Miss Ember

Welcome to the eternally odd and random world of the blog. You've made a good start.

Thanks for the warm welcome, kids. I hope to visit the islands in the latter half of this year for a jaunt about (hopefully after August, once I've saved the cash).

I.Pod is also known as an I.Nob. In my opinion.
